By using MTDflow, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

MTDflow provides software designed to assist users with:
• digital bookkeeping,
• transaction categorisation,
• CIS record processing,
• draft tax computations,
• MTD-compatible record keeping,
• authorised HMRC submissions where enabled.

MTDflow is a software platform and does not provide regulated financial, legal, or tax advice.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:
• ensuring information provided is accurate,
• reviewing all records and calculations,
• verifying submissions before filing,
• maintaining account security,
• complying with applicable UK tax laws.

Users remain fully responsible for their tax affairs and HMRC submissions.

4. AI-Assisted Categorisation

MTDflow uses AI-assisted processing to help categorise bookkeeping data.

Automated outputs may contain errors or misclassifications. Users must review information before relying on it.

5. HMRC Integration

Users may authorise MTDflow to interact with HMRC systems using HMRC-approved APIs.

6. Fees and Payments

Subscription fees are payable monthly unless otherwise stated.

7. Availability

We aim to maintain reliable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• MTDflow shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses,
• we are not responsible for penalties arising from inaccurate user data,
• total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to MTDflow remain the property of MTDflow or its licensors.

10. Acceptable Use

Users must not:
• misuse the platform,
• upload unlawful or malicious content,
• attempt unauthorised access,
• interfere with system security.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts where:
• these Terms are breached,
• payments remain unpaid,
• misuse is suspected.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
